The adhesive tape and screws, including plain washers, are supplied to suit the STIHL Smart Connector. You may need to wait up to 60 seconds for detection. Note: Your smartphone must be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the STIHL Smart Connector in order to detect it. Please also ensure that the smartphone system requirements are fulfilled, all permissions have been enabled for the STIHL app, and Bluetooth is switched on. The LED signal must light up in green after the battery has been inserted. During initial setup, it is essential to check that the battery has been correctly inserted into the STIHL Smart Connector and the isolation film has been removed.
